This mural at Pelican Bay State Prison is part of a collaborative arts workshop, facilitated by the Cal Poly Humboldt chapter of Prison Arts Collective (PAC).
This is the fourth PAC collaborative arts workshop funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. The teaching artists are Mark Taylor, MSW 2024 Cal Poly Humboldt and PAC alumnus, and Professor James Woglom, faculty director of PAC at Cal Poly Humboldt.
