This event celebrates two classes hosted by the Alliance for California Traditional Arts at California Health Care Facility: Danza Azteca and Afro-Cuban Drumming. The Teaching Artists are Wanda Ravernell, Dennis "Tobaji" Stewart, Joaquin Cruz Martinez; Guest Teaching Artists for this celebration are Joseph Davis, Calvin Holmes, and Bernarda Joaquin Cruz Chavez.
The class is part of Arts in Corrections (www.artsincorrections.org), which is funded by California's Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and administered by the California Arts Council.
