These images are from the Breaking the Cycle: Life After Incarceration event at the College of the Redwoods in Eureka, California. This workshop included a participatory simulation of re-entry challenges and a panel discussion with formerly incarcerated students. The artwork was provided by Prison Arts Collective artists, among others, currently incarcerated at Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP). The Prison Arts Collective at PBSP is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts and the California Arts Council.
