This class is in a visiting room of Folsom Women's Facility—there are vending machines with snacks, and toys to occupy visiting children. On this day, however, the room was filled with sounds of laughter and collaboration, as the women were led through a series of attention-focusing games and creative exercises. The class is taught by members of the Red Ladder Theatre Company: Karen Altree Piemme, Roman Gonzalez, Steven Ho, David Morales, and Andrés Rojas (not present the day of this shoot). It is part of the Arts in Corrections program.
